On our initial free, no-obligation consultation calls we’ll learn about your business, your space, and whether a dog wash machine is the right fit – this is often all we need to get the ball rolling. We’ll send you our Installation Guide so you know exactly what to expect, before you sign our partner agreement and lock in your installation date.

Placement advice and utilities prep

We’ll advise on the best placement for your machine to maximise footfall and usability – and we’re always happy to talk this through in detail. Once placement is agreed, we’ll help you understand exactly what utilities need to be in place and guide you on getting the right contractors booked, so your site is fully prepped and ready for installation day.

Our team takes care of the full installation on the agreed date, working efficiently to minimise disruption to your business. By the time we leave, your machine is in, tested, and ready to earn from day one.

Handover, training, and launch support

We’ll walk you and your team through everything you need to know before we head off. We also provide specialised marketing guidance on how to best launch your new service – from signage to social media to launch event support – so you can hit the ground running and start attracting customers to your machine.
